On this occasion, SDM Haroli Vishal Sharma stated that both the Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Account (Abha ID) and the Nutrition Campaign play a vital role in improving people's health and securing their future. Through the Digital Health ID, citizens will have access to all their health records in one place, simplifying the treatment process. A balanced diet and proper nutrition can help us move towards a healthy society and a strong nation. Therefore, every citizen should be a part of both campaigns.
At the program, CDPO Haroli Shiv Singh Verma provided detailed information on the importance of proper nutrition and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Account. He explained that malnutrition can be effectively prevented through a balanced diet, hygiene, timely vaccinations, regular health checkups, and health education. Children, women, and adolescent girls should be especially aware of nutrition.

*Anganwadi workers organized a nutrition exhibition
A nutrition exhibition was also organized by Anganwadi workers during the camp. Various nutritious dishes were prepared and displayed using locally and readily available food items. The exhibition conveyed the message that consuming less salt, less sugar, and less oil, regular exercise, and a balanced diet are essential for a healthy life. Such simple habits can prevent many diseases and ensure better health.
