According to the information received, about one and a half dozen shopkeepers have unofficially prepared rooms above their shops in this market. In this regard, the residents of the houses built near this market say that the shopkeepers are building rooms above their shops in violation of the law. Due to which this problem is continuously increasing.

Local residents say that due to this market being built at this place, the residents are already suffering a lot. The shopkeepers of this market have also occupied the road space due to which there is always a traffic problem here.

Residents living in front of the market said that there is a lot of parking problem in this place due to which there is a jam all the time. He said that any accident can happen due to shopkeepers building rooms above their shops Because these shops are made of wood and tin, and any major accident can happen here, but despite this, the administration is not taking any action regarding it. The residents have demanded from the administration that these illegal encroachments should be removed immediately so that there is no accident as there have been incidents of fire in several markets.

Talking about this, the president of the market, Rakesh Kumar Rinku, said that he had held a meeting with these shopkeepers a month ago and asked them to remove the encroachments. On which these shopkeepers asked for a month's time to give them some time and they will remove the above occupation, but these shopkeepers did not remove the occupation.

When contacted, Municipal Corporation Assistant Commissioner Manpreet Singh said that this matter is not in their knowledge and they will investigate it and after the investigation, appropriate action will be taken according to the law.
