Patiala, January 12 - The body of 25-year-old Gurcharan Singh, son of Jaspreet Singh, belonging to Kasba Mehraj of Bathinda district, was brought to Sri Guru Ramdas International Airport Amritsar from Dubai today due to the efforts of Dr. SP Singh Oberoi, a prominent businessman of Dubai and patron of Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust. 
  Sharing information in this regard, Dr. SP Singh Oberoi said that Jaspreet Singh, like other young people, came to Dubai a few years ago with dreams of a better future. That he died due to some reason in the last week of last December. Dr. Oberoi said that regarding this incident, the Indian Embassy had contacted him a few days ago and told him that the dead body of a young man had been lying unattended for a few days.
  Dr. Oberoi also said that after identifying the dead body of Jaspreet's father through a photograph, he has sent the dead body of Jaspreet Singh to India today after completing all necessary paperwork under his supervision with the help of the Indian Embassy. . Dr. Oberoi said that Jaspreet's elder brother has already died And it was the sole support of his parents. Considering the financial condition of the family, monthly pension will be started for their livelihood. Majha Zone Advisor Sukhdeep Sidhu, President Sukhjinder Singh Her, General Secretary Manpreet Sandhu Chamyari, Vice President Shishpal Singh Ladi and Treasurer Navjit Ghai told that the efforts of Dr. Oberoi, from the Amritsar team of the Trust, who arrived at the airport to share their grief with the victim's family. So far, the dead bodies of around 352 unfortunate people have been delivered to their heirs.
Meanwhile, Jaspreet Singh's father Gurcharan Singh, maternal uncle Sikandar Singh, cousin Iqbal Singh, uncle Inderjit Singh, who arrived at the airport to collect the dead body, besides Gurpreet Singh, president of the Municipal Council of Kasba Mehraj, etc., appreciated Dr. SP Singh Ubrai for this great effort. Expressing gratitude, he said that it was only because of their efforts that his family members were able to have his last darshan.
