Today even girls could not escape this evil. Youth are largely affected by viruses like black jaundice, HIV etc. Explaining to the students, he told them not to get fooled by anyone.
Students should share their problems with their teachers or parents without any hesitation. We have to know our history and the lives of great intellectuals by reading books. He appealed to the students to consider Punjab and India as your home. If you succeed in making your home drug free, then the Drug Free India Campaign and the War on Drugs campaign will be successful.
On this occasion, Mr. Parvesh Kumar (PR Educator) also shared detailed information about the treatment of patients at the center. He said that a person suffering from drug addiction can get treatment at the center for a month as per his wish and get treatment free of cost.
On this occasion, Mr. Thakur Das (Teacher) moderated the stage and motivated the students to stay away from drugs and make the society aware. He thanked the Red Cross team. 236 beneficiaries including Gurmeet Singh, Avtar Singh, Sukhpal Singh, Vipan Kumar, Rupinder Jeet Kaur, Praveen Lata, Kusham Kumari, Lubna Tasneem (staff member) and students were present on this occasion.
