Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 31st December, 2024: With the aim of relieving the common people from the difficulties faced during daily work in government offices, the Chief Minister, Punjab, Mr. In the series of Suvidha camps being organized at the sub-division level in various villages/cities under the ‘AAP Di Sarkar Aap De Duar’ by the Bhagwant Singh Mann-led government, camps are being organized in Kharar Sub-Division on January 07 at Community Center Gharuan, on January 17 at Teyur and on January 28 at Jainti Devi, in which services will be provided by the concerned departments on the spot. The timings of these camps will be from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. 
Giving this information, the Nodal Officer of the camp and SDM of Kharar Gurmander Singh said that the residents of the area coming under all the wards of Nagar Panchayat Gharuan can come with their applications in the camp to be organized on January 07, 2025 at Community Center Gharuan of Kharar Sub-Division. A camp will be organized at village Tyur of Kharar sub-division on January 17 and residents of villages Tyur, Nanu Majra, Abhepur, Jakkad Majra, Roorkee Kham and Chandogobindgarh can apply in this camp. Similarly, residents of villages Guran, Kasauli, Padchh, Karodianwala, Bagindi and Jainti Devi can come with their applications in the camp to be organized at Jainti Devi of Kharar sub-division on January 28, 2025.
In these camps, birth certificate, income certificate, residence certificate, scheduled and backward class certificates, old age, disabled and dependent pension, change of name in birth certificate, payment of electricity bills, verification of revenue department records, registration of marriage, multiple copies of death certificate, rural area certificate, making of Fard, Shagun scheme application, land marking, N.R. Counter signature of I.C. certificates, counter signature of police clearance certificate, change in death certificate etc. services are being provided.
He also appealed to the people to take maximum advantage of the camps started by the government for the welfare of the people and get their work related to government offices completed. He also informed that helpline 1076 can also be contacted to get 43 services related to various departments.
