Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, May 07, 2025: According to the notification issued for the Indian Army Recruitment Rally, the last date has expired on 25-04-2025, during which 718 youth of District SAS Nagar have registered for recruitment.
Making the youth aware in this regard, Deputy Director of Employment Harpreet Singh Manshahian informed that now the written examination for this recruitment will be conducted in the second week of June 2025. In this regard, guides and books of various publishers, along with the question bank, are available in the market, the Sikh Regiment Center has distributed the question bank in soft copy in Punjabi to the candidates.
This material has been shared with all the 14 C-PYTE centers and the coaching methodology for the written examination has been given to all the teachers of C-PYTE centers. This year the exam will be in Punjabi. Along with this, he told that the written pass percentage for the Indian Army Recruitment Rally has been increased to at least 85%, which was 48% last year.
To prepare for this exam, youth can read Hindi and English language books of Agniveer Army General Duty, Tradesman, Technical, Clerk, Store Keeper Technical by R. Gupta and Arihant Publishers. Along with this, one can read Hindi, English and Punjabi language books of Agniveer Army General Duty, Tradesman, Technical, Clerk by Shri Krishna (Ram Singh Yadav) Publishers.
The last stage for this recruitment is rallies (physical test) which will be held from 01-05 August 2025. It is mandatory for the youth to practice running to prepare for the rally. Physical coaching instructors have been made available to the youth from 01 May 2025 for preparation. Youth of District SAS Nagar can prepare for physical test in Government College, Phase-6.
