
Hoshiarpur residents will now get 43 types of government services at home

Under this scheme, service assistants have also been posted in Hoshiarpur. Giving this information, Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that the people of Hoshiarpur district can now get the services available at 43 types of service centers at home.

Under this scheme, service assistants have also been posted in Hoshiarpur. Giving this information, Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that the people of Hoshiarpur district can now get the services available at 43 types of service centers at home. So people have to call toll free number 1076 from their home. After calling it, they can tell the government representative what time he can come to their house and take their photo or other documents and give them the benefit of government service. Any certificate that will be made under the government service will also be given to the person at his home by the government representative. The Deputy Commissioner said that with the commencement of this service, the people of the district will be greatly facilitated and they will not have to go to the service center or other offices to get government services. This will also reduce congestion in offices and people will be able to get government facilities at home. He appealed to the residents of the district to take maximum advantage of these services. District IT Manager of Administrative Reforms Department Ranjit Singh said that this service has started in Hoshiarpur district and so far 21 appointments have been booked. He said that in this regard, five service assistants have been posted for five tehsils of the district and further their number will be increased as per requirement. He said that a citizen can get maximum four services at a time.
