Addressing at Palakwah on this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister said that this auditorium has been built on the lines of Chandigarh and is equipped with modern facilities. He told that this newly constructed auditorium of 500 chairs is equipped with fully automated curtains, sound system, modern lighting, green room, rest room, waiting room, electric panel room, projector room and LED facilities.
He said that now the people of Haroli Halke have got a good platform to perform various cultural programs as well as children interested in cultural activities. He said that he had promised the people of the area that a modern auditorium would be built in Haroli. He said that this promise made to the public has been fulfilled and within a year the auditorium has been built and dedicated to the people of Haroli. He said that very soon the people of the area will get to see a glimpse of the culture of all the 12 districts of Himachal Pradesh in this auditorium. He said that work is being done on the vision of making the entire Haroli area a developed Haroli so that the coming young generation can get all kinds of basic facilities in Haroli Halke to shape their future.
Mukesh Agnihotri said that his main goal is to rise above party politics and make Haroli assembly constituency a completely developed Haroli. He said that in the next five years, the story of development will be written in Haroli without any political discrimination and Haroli assembly constituency will emerge as a prosperous and complete region on the map of entire India.

Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri formally laid the foundation stone of the traffic park near Haroli Rampur to be constructed at a cost of Rs 3.65 crore.
Addressing the public meeting on this occasion, Mukesh Agnihotri said that in this traffic park, an automatic driving training track with sensors will be made for providing information about traffic rules, making licenses of vehicles and checking them. He said that in the traffic track, children, elderly, women and men will be able to get information about traffic rules along with health benefits. He said that the process of making license will also be seen on this track. Only skilled drivers will pass the sensor based process on the state-of-the-art track. He said that the work of this traffic park will be completed soon.
Mukesh Agnihotri said that to develop Haroli Halke as a model of development, developmental works are being done in various areas of the region.
He said that every child of the state who has completed 18 years of age will have to take a pledge to get his/her driving license. For this, he asked all the school principals and headmasters to make all the children aware about road safety as well as educate them about driving license.
Mukesh Agnihotri said that every effort is being made to make the state a green state, under which the first 500 people who apply for e-taxi will be given 50 percent subsidy for e-taxi by the government. E-taxi will be included in the HRTC fleet for the first four years and every month the e-taxi driver will be given Rs 50,000.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that 54 e-charging stations will be installed in the state, out of which 17 charging stations have been installed. He said that e-charging stations will also be installed at every petrol pump. Apart from this, 8 thousand e-taxi permits have also been issued to provide employment opportunities to the youth in the state.
The Deputy Chief Minister asked the Transport Department and the Police Department to create awareness about road safety rules so that the common people can become responsible citizens by becoming aware of the traffic rules. He said that Rs 15,000 will be given to every senior secondary school of Himachal Pradesh and Rs 30,000 will be given to every college to make children aware about road safety and traffic rules. He said that in this context, an awareness campaign will be run in the entire Haroli Assembly through the Police Department in the next three months so that every common citizen can get information about road rules. Apart from this, he instructed the Director Transport Department that competitions should be organized on road safety and children who make better videos on road safety should be honored with awards.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that Himachal Road Transport Corporation has completed 50 years of providing services to the citizens of the state. He said that on this occasion, a museum of Himachal Transport Department will be built in which all the old buses of HRTC will be kept with complete details of the routes so that people can get information about the history of Himachal Transport Department.
Mukesh Agnihotri said that under the Darshan system, HRTC buses are being connected to religious places in different states. Under this, the transport department's bus service will be started for various religious places including Vyas, Jallianwala Bagh, Bagha Border, Anandpur Sahib, Amritsar, Khatushyam and Vrindavan. Apart from this, he said that in order to exchange better education system, it has also been discussed with the Chief Minister of Punjab that he should take the children of Punjab on a tour of Himachal and the children of Himachal Pradesh will be taken on a tour of Punjab so that the children get acquainted with each other. The Deputy Chief Minister said that a scrap policy will soon be made in the state and scrap dealers will be appointed for the purchase of scrap vehicles. He informed that on registration of scrapped vehicles by purchasing new vehicles, 25 percent discount will be given for private vehicles and 15 percent discount for commercial vehicles. He said that the revised rates of special toll for vehicles coming from outside states have been implemented in the state from December 1. He said that the state government has given exemption in penalty and interest to the pending cases of passengers and goods and has given permission to deposit them with 10 percent penalty till March 31, 2024. He said that the vehicles working in schools and industries under contract carriage have been re-assessed under special toll rules. Apart from this, ARTO and Head Constable have been authorized by the government to pay the challan on the spot.
He said that the Himachal Pradesh government is taking decisive and meaningful steps to stop drug abuse. In this context, the Himachal Pradesh government has taken strict action against drugs during the last 11 months, registered 1,600 cases related to drug smuggling, detained 2,200 people and seized 14 kg of chitta. He also called upon the people to provide their positive support for drug prevention so that Una can become drug free.
He said that for security reasons, CCTV cameras are being installed at various places in the entire Una district so that all the activities happening in the district can be monitored.
After this, he also inaugurated the Uthaun drinking water scheme constructed at a cost of Rs 7.12 crore in Baliwal and the new division of Jal Shakti Department in Haroli. Addressing on this occasion, he said that water storage tanks of 50 lakh and 25 lakh capacity in Poliani, drinking water scheme worth Rs 12 crore for the administrative block to be built for bulk drug park in Panjuana and Rs 32 crore in Beet area. Work on 15 tube wells is in progress. Apart from this, Rs 12 crore is being spent to recharge the decreasing water level in the Beet area.
Director Transport Department Anupam Kashyap said that every person is connected with the Transport Department. The foundation stone of the traffic park has been laid to provide safe traffic to the coming generations. He said that there are about 22 lakh vehicles in the state and 15 RTOs are working at different levels. He said that three flying squads and ARTO barriers are working.
