GMADA issues notice to Tript Developers and Infrastructure Private Limited regarding unauthorized colony cut and plot sale.

SAS Nagar, April 17 - The Office of District Town Planner (Regulatory) SAS Nagar has issued a show cause notice to Tript Developers and Infrastructure Private Limited regarding unauthorized colony cut and plot sale at Sector 112, SAS Nagar. The notice issued to the company states that as per the report of the field staff of the department, it has come to the notice of the undersigned that due to violation of the notification of Section 19, 11 under the government order in the lands with different Khasra numbers in village Landran, tehsil and district SAS Nagar, action has to be taken under Section 87 and due to violation of Section 5, 11 of the Paraphernalia Control Act, 1952, action has to be taken under the applicable sections.

The notice issued to the company states that as per the report of the field staff of the department, it has come to the notice of the undersigned that due to violation of the notification of Section 19, 11 under the government order in the lands with different Khasra numbers in village Landran, tehsil and district SAS Nagar, action has to be taken under Section 87 and due to violation of Section 5, 11 of the Paraphernalia Control Act, 1952, action has to be taken under the applicable sections.
The notice states that criminal cases can also be registered against the company under the said Act for these violations, which can include imprisonment and fines. Before taking further action in this regard, the company has been written through this show-cause notice that within 7 days from the date of issue of this notice, the undersigned should appear before the office of the company on any working day during office hours and clarify its position. If the reason is not clarified within this period, the property will be sealed without giving any opportunity. When contacted in this regard, the company's director Abhishek Mittal said that he has received the notice and the company will submit its reply to GMADA on Monday. He said that the company has a 30-acre project, but the land mentioned in the notice is about 63 acres. He said that the company's CLU has been done and all the work of the company is being done as per the rules.
