Nawanshahr/Banga - The NSS Department of Sikh National College, Banga, under the leadership of Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder Ji; with the efforts of Program Officer Prof. Vipan, Dr. Nirmaljit Kaur, organized the 'My Bharat Outreach' program.
The objective of this program is to increase awareness about various aspects of the major activities going on at the national level such as 'One Nation One Election' 'Women Empowerment' etc. and also to motivate the youth to participate in nation building. In this program, Pre-RD Camp participant Gurpreet Singh made the students aware about the objectives, strategies and importance of government outreach programs being run by the Central Government through an informative power point medium.
In which, by providing information about the role of youth in social welfare and nation building, maximum students were motivated to connect with the 'My Bharat Portal'. At the end of the program, senior volunteer Manjinder Kaur praised Pre-RD participant Gurpreet Singh and thanked everyone.
