Patiala- Ward No. 54 under Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Color Colony) under the leadership of President Jaswant Kaur Sonia, organized a program on the occasion of Teej festival, maintaining ancient customs and traditions. During which, eminent social worker and President of Sri Guru Ravidas Santokh Sabha Mahendra Singh Badungar participated specially.
On this occasion, various performances of folk dance Giddha were given by women who arrived in Punjabi attire. On this occasion, President Mahendra Singh Badungar said that Teej festival reflects our values and civilization.
