Through Teej, Neeti Talwar connects women with their heritage

On this occasion, BJP leader Rakesh Sood, while addressing the gathering, said that the Teej festival organized annually by Neeti Talwar is eagerly awaited by people. She stated that the way Neeti Talwar celebrates this festival in a traditional manner serves as a primary source of connecting future generations with their cultural heritage.
During the event, Sudesh Sampla remarked that although many organizations and institutions celebrate Teej, the heritage exhibition and the traditional celebration organized by Neeti Talwar hold a unique place in connecting the new generation with their cultural values.
Neeti Talwar, while welcoming all the women participating in the event, said that her family has always endeavored to celebrate Indian culture with due respect and emotions, so that its greatness is preserved, and children can also gain knowledge from it. She mentioned that the food prepared for the Teej occasion is also made according to the season and the requirements of the festival.
On this occasion, a heritage exhibition was also organized, showcasing items from ancient times. The women enhanced the festive spirit by performing Giddha to the beats of the dholak.
The event was attended by Prof. Manju Sood, Priya Saini, Sukhwinder Kaur, Rajni Talwar, Rimpi Wadhawan, Muskan Parasar, social worker Rimpi, Krishna Thapar, Balbir Kaur Mahita, Sarvjeet Kaur, Rozy Wadhawan, and hundreds of other women.
