Mahilpur, April 1- Post Graduate Fashion Designing Department of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Mahilpur organized a three-day workshop on Textile Printing and Dyeing. Madam Rita Lal from PD Light Industry, Ludhiana participated as a resource person in this workshop.
On this occasion, Madam Rita Lal elaborated on various aspects related to fabric painting, stroke art and clay art in various clothes. She also shared with the students the points related to proper use of the waste left in textile work instead of throwing it here and there.
Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh and Vice Principal Aradhana Duggal, who were present on the occasion, invited the students of the department to participate enthusiastically in such workshops. Head of the Department Professor Rajvinder Kaur expressed her gratitude. On this occasion, Prof Diksha Sharma, Prof Navjot Kaur, Prof Sonia Dung Dung, Prof Sharanpreet Singh, Madam Manjinder Kaur and students were present.
