Shops and other businesses around Sri Darbar Sahib, shops in various markets in the city, etc. remained closed. During this, traffic on the roads continued to move smoothly, medical facilities and other institutions with facilities also remained open.
The Dal Khalsa organization, in collaboration with other like-minded Sikh organizations, had taken out a Ghallughara march in the city last evening. Meanwhile, members of the organization also gathered at Sri Darbar Sahib in the morning today and participated in the Ghallughara Day function.
Later, under the leadership of the organization's leaders Kanwarpal Singh and Paramjit Singh Mand, they marched on foot through various markets and reached Hall Gate, where they also addressed the media. During this time, the movement of buses from the bus stand also continued continuously and uninterruptedly.
