In his demand letter, he said that the sanitation condition in Ward No. 10 (Phase 7) is very poor and there are heaps of garbage everywhere. He wrote that despite repeatedly bringing this situation to the notice of the Municipal Corporation's sanitary inspector and assistant commissioner, no improvement has been made.
He wrote that heaps of garbage and leaves have been lying on the A-road behind the row of bungalows adjacent to Phase 3B2 for more than two months, which are rotting and spreading foul smell. He demanded that the sanitation condition be improved and action be taken against the contractor.
