Constituency Rajpura MLA Neena Mittal dedicates development works worth Rs. 54 lakh 52 thousand in six schools of Banur constituency

Banur (Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar), May 22, 2025: Constituency Rajpura MLA Neena Mittal inaugurated infrastructure works worth Rs. 54 lakh 52 thousand in six schools of Banur constituency under the Punjab Education Revolution and dedicated them to the students.

Banur (Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar), May 22, 2025: Constituency Rajpura MLA Neena Mittal inaugurated infrastructure works worth Rs. 54 lakh 52 thousand in six schools of Banur constituency under the Punjab Education Revolution and dedicated them to the students.
Under the Rajpura constituency, while increasing the facilities for students in government schools of Banur, the development works prepared at a cost of about Rs. 54 lakh 52 thousand were inaugurated in the schools of Karala, Khizrgarh, Azijpur and Rampur Kalan villages. This work was done under the patronage of Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann and under the guidance of Education Minister Mr. Harjot Singh Bains, under the leadership of Rajpura MLA Madam Neena Mittal MLA Vijay Monroe Halka Education Coordinator cum Master Trainer Malwa Zone.
Speaking on the occasion, Madam Neena Mittal said that new rooms and new boundary walls were started at Government Senior Secondary School Karala at a cost of Rs. 20 lakh 70 thousand, Government Primary School Karala at a cost of Rs. 2 lakh 76 thousand for boundary wall repair and other modern facilities for students. 
Along with this, classrooms and new furniture prepared at a cost of Rs. 7 lakh 71 thousand were also inaugurated at Government Primary School Khijargarh. Development works worth Rs 3.81 lakh for boundary wall repair and other facilities at Government Middle Khijargarh, Rs 7.59 lakh at Government Primary School Azijpur and Rs 11.95 lakh at Government Primary School Rampur Kalan were dedicated to the people.
Vijay Manro Halka Education Coordinator said that the Punjab government is paying special attention to the education sector. Teachers are being sent to Singapore and Finland for international training. Along with this, students are being taken to ISRO to get acquainted with national and international level activities. He said that these development works are not only for the beautiful decoration of the buildings, but through them the children will get high quality of education.
On this occasion, local panchayat members, school staff, parents and students also participated enthusiastically and thanked the Bhagwant Mann government.
Through these development efforts, the education revolution in Punjab is getting a new shape which will lead the children towards a golden path in the future.
