Chandigarh, 18 May 2025- A free artificial limb and caliper fitment camp for differently-abled individuals was organized on Sunday by Narayan Seva Sansthan, a leading social service organization, at the Community Centre in Sector 49, Chandigarh. Sanjay Tandon, National Executive Member of BJP and Co-Incharge of Himachal Pradesh BJP, attended the event as the Chief Guest. He personally distributed assistive devices to the beneficiaries.
On this occasion, Chief Guest Sanjay Tandon lauded the efforts of Narayan Seva Sansthan, stating that this noble initiative is aimed at helping differently-abled individuals stand on their own feet and become self-reliant. It enables them to become part of the mainstream society and contribute to the development of the nation shoulder to shoulder with others.
He remarked that the way the organization is extending a helping hand to such individuals is truly commendable, and he extended heartfelt appreciation to its founders and dedicated workers who are tirelessly engaged in this service. This, he said, is the true service of humanity.
He encouraged everyone to come forward and join hands with such institutions to support the bright future of differently-abled individuals. “They do not lack talent; with just a little support, they can soar and lead a life of high ideals,” he concluded.
