SAS Nagar, May 21- A delegation of Phase 4 residents led by social worker Navneet Sandhu met SDO Bava Singh of PSPCL and submitted a demand letter addressed to XEN Division One regarding laying new wires, changing feeders, and increasing main power supply in the area from house number 236 to 493 in Phase 4.
The demand letter said that houses number 236 to 493 in Phase 4 are facing a lot of problems in power supply for a long time. The letter said that complaints have also been lodged in the office in this regard, but no proper solution to the power supply has been found yet.
The residents said that there was a huge fluctuation in power supply from 6 pm to 7 am on the previous day (May 20), and the residents had to suffer due to heat and fluctuations throughout the night. Despite repeated calls to the concerned officials, no solution was found. Due to this, the residents had to face a lot of inconvenience.
The letter demanded that the feeder be changed by laying new wires in the area of ??house numbers 236 to 493 and the number of linemen and other staff be increased in this area so that the problems of the residents can be resolved as soon as possible.
Harjeet Singh, Surinder Singh Sodhi, JPS Nindra, Surinder Kumar Babbar, Rajkumar Chagg, Davinder Singh, Sampreet Singh, and Sandeep Lakha were present on the occasion.
