Patiala, February 28- 'MOOCS' programme produced by Educational Multimedia Research Centre (EMRC) Patiala, Punjabi University has been selected for the Best 'MOOCS' award at the '26th CEC-UGC Educational Film Festival'. Talking about this 'MOOCS' programme produced at EMRC Patiala, Director Daljit Ami said that this MOOCS is a part of a larger course called 'Environmental Policy and Administration' prepared for the SWAYAM platform.
He thanked the producer of this programme, Dr. Tejinder Singh, who is posted as a producer at the centre, for receiving this prestigious award. He congratulated the entire production team and subject experts involved in the production of this MOOCs programme and emphasized that Educational Multimedia Research Centre is working as a hub where diverse talents and institutions from across the country come together to produce high quality digital educational content.
He specially congratulated the Course Coordinator of this course, Dr. Tejpal Dheva, Central University Haryana, Mahendragarh and subject expert Dr. Neha Singh, Assistant Professor, Bhaskaracharya College, University of Delhi for their valuable contribution. He also specially praised Dr. Tejinder Singh for the production of this project, whose hard work and dedication has made it possible.
Dr. Tejinder Singh expressed happiness on this achievement and said that this award belongs to the entire team involved in the production of this MOOCs programme. Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Karamjit Singh congratulated the EMRC staff on this achievement.
