
Punjab Police Pensioners Welfare Association organised seminar on World Asthma Day.

Giving details of the meeting, District General Secretary of the Association Daljit Singh, Inspector (Retd) said that as part of the efforts of the Association, a seminar was organised on World Asthma Day at the District Office.
On this occasion, Dr. Rupali Lahoria, Dr. Hemant (General Surgeon) and Harish Sharma (Marketing Head) from Clear Medi Healthcare Hospital gave detailed information about the problems, diseases and treatment related to the medical field. It is worth mentioning that Clear Medi Healthcare Hospital is being operated in the hospital premises of Kharar.
On this occasion, the hospital management also provided Samman Card to the retired employees as per the agreement prepared under the MoU with Punjab Police. Through this card, pensioners will be able to get their treatment done at concessional rates in the said hospital.
At the end of the meeting, the problems of the retired employees were discussed in detail and solutions to the problems faced by them were sought.
Satnam Singh, Dharam Singh (both retired DSPs), Swarn Singh (retired SP), Chain Singh (retired Sub-Inspector), Rattan Singh (retired Inspector), Raghbir Singh (retired Sub-Inspector), Manmohan Singh Kahlon, Sukhjinder Singh Desu Majra, Jasmer Singh Maujpur (all retired Inspectors), Harpinder Kumar, Prakash Chand, Paramjit Singh Seal, Pal Singh, Amar Singh Paragpur, Gurnam Singh (all retired Sub-Inspectors) were present on the occasion.
At the conclusion of the meeting, retired Inspector Paramjit Singh thanked the members, doctors and medical teams present in the meeting.
