SAS Nagar, May 6 - Mayor of Mohali Municipal Corporation Amarjit Singh Jeeti Sidhu has said that the Municipal Corporation is carrying out the necessary development works on a priority basis throughout the city. On the occasion of the inauguration of the re-carpeting work of internal and external roads in Ward No. 4 and 5 falling in Phase 2 and 4 of Mohali, Mayor Amarjit Singh Jeeti Sidhu said that all the roads of these two wards will be re-carpeted and re-carpeted afresh. He said that Rs 79-79 lakh will be spent on the roads of both the wards.
On this occasion, he also instructed the officials to continuously monitor this work and not allow any kind of deficiency. He stressed that no compromise will be made in terms of quality.
On the occasion, Ward No. 2 Councillor Rajinder Rana, Ward No. 5 Councillor Rupinder Kaur Reena, prominent residents of both the wards Navi Sandhu, Paramjit Singh Chouhan, Harjeet Singh, Jagwinder Singh Janga, Jatinder Singh Sodhi, Ravinder Singh Ravi, Sukhpal Singh, Bindu Gupta, Lakhwinder Singh Pinky, Sukhdeep Singh, Hemdeep Singh, Surinder Singh Sodhi, Charanjit Singh Narang and Desraj Gupta were also present.
