Una, October 10- Indian Artificial Limb Manufacturing Corporation Chandigarh will organize a disability assessment camp for fitting artificial limbs to eligible disabled persons on November 4 at Town Hall Una. Giving this information, SDM Una Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan said that it will be mandatory for the disabled persons to bring the necessary documents for assessment in the camp.
It will be mandatory to bring a disability certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer or the First Medical Officer. Apart from this, the disabled persons will have to bring a copy of the income certificate issued by the competent authority whose monthly income is Rs 22,500 or less or equal to it. It will be mandatory to bring a photograph and residential certificate such as ration card, voter ID card, Aadhaar card and UID card.
