This is important because if the age of a healthy person is from 18 years to 65 years, body weight is at least 45 kg, blood level in the body is 12.5 grams, there is no chronic disease, then doctors accept blood donation only after every three months, because the service of donating blood and receiving blood from the needy etc. is different from the distinction of caste-community and rich-poor. On the subject of blood donation on May 1, JS Gidda, Pravesh Kumar and Dr. Ajay Bagga said in their respective messages that the contribution of the labourer in every construction and facility in the world cannot be forgotten and neither can any development be imagined without the labourer.
Dr. Bagga mentioned the labour life of late Comrade Chain Singh Gidda, a native of Sujaun village, whose son JS Gidda is always dedicated to the blood donation service. Shri Pravesh Kumar appealed to the working class that the labourer can become a partner in fast and quality development only by keeping himself healthy, hence he needs to stay away from drugs.
On this occasion, labourers Sarabjit Singh, Raman Kumar, Ishwar, Saudagar, Vijay Kumar, Sundar Lal, Narinder Kumar Gill were present to donate blood. Present on behalf of BDC were JS Gidda, Pravesh Kumar, Dr. Ajay Bagga, Malikyat Singh Saroya, Rajiv Bhardwaj, Mukesh Kahma, Neha Kaushal, Sumit Gill, Bina Kumari and Professor Omkar Singh from BLM College.
