Khalsa College Mahilpur honoured grade four employees on Labour Day.

Mahilpur 30 April- Labour Day was celebrated here by specially honouring the grade four workers working in Shri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur. On the occasion of this felicitation ceremony, the college principal Dr. Parvinder Singh said that the actual construction of the nation is done by labourers.

He said that labour has been given great importance in the culture and religion of Punjab. On this occasion, he praised the works of the grade four employees of the college and said that the labourers have a special hand in the progress of the institution by leaps and bounds. On this occasion, Professor Tajinder Singh shared information about the history and importance of Labour Day.
He explained the importance of labour by giving examples from Sikh history and Sikhism and said that the hardworking person is the real creator of human civilisation. On this occasion, about thirty grade four employees of the college were specially honoured by the managers. On this occasion, Dr. Rajkumar conducted the proceedings of the forum.
On this occasion, Dr. Aarti Sharma, Dr. JB Sekhon, Dr. Komal Badhan, Dr. Balveer Kaur, Prof. Kanchan, Dr. Kuldeep Singh, Prof. Jaskaran Singh, Prof. Manpreet Sethi, Prof. Mandeep Gautam, Kanta Devi, Balwinder Thinda, Jasveer Singh etc. were present along with the staff.
