Patiala- This morning, a cleanliness drive against plastic was launched by Gyan Jyoti Education Society Patiala at Nehru Park, Veer Dasundhi Ram Library, Suvidha Center under the leadership of Patiala Mayor Mr. Kundan Gogia on the occasion of World Earth Day. In which the employees of the corporation, Morning Club, students of Sahas Gandhi Nagar Lahori Gate cleaned.
On this occasion, Mayor Kundan Gogia said that the sense of responsibility towards the environment was encouraged. In the 'Rap Walk A Message', the students were encouraged to adopt sustainable practices like segregation of waste, reducing the use of plastic and incorporating greenery in their surroundings.
