Chandigarh, April 17 – The Shiromani Akali Dal has announced Advocate Parupkar Singh as its candidate for the by-election to be held from Ludhiana West assembly constituency. This announcement was made by Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal.
This was revealed by senior party leader Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema. He said that Advocate Ghuman is the former president of Ludhiana Bar Association. He has been associated with Shiromani Akali Dal for a long time.
