Garhshankar, January 22- Various organizations DTF, Doaba Sahitya Sabha, Democratic Pension Front and Gramin Karmachari Union paid tribute to DTF Garhshankar leader Harmesh Bhatia on his fourth death anniversary at Sardar Major Singh Mauji Library located in the local Gandhi Park.
