07 April 2025: On World Health Day, a seminar was organized by Brahma Kumaris' Sector 46B Seva Kendra Anand Niketan 1008. On this occasion, Dr. S. D. Pandey, Director, Clinical Research, Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh was the chief guest, who has served as Professor and Head of Medicine Department at Dabur Dhanwantri Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh for 26 years, Head of Medicine Department at Government Ayurvedic College, Patiala for 2 years, and Principal at Mahavir Ayurvedic Medical College, Meerut for 1 year.

He was traditionally welcomed by the Seva Kendra. On World Health Day, he told the people present that to stay healthy, it is necessary to have control over diet, behavior and senses. In the absence of which we get sick. The disorder arising in the mind is the main reason for this. Ayurveda also provides guidelines towards adopting spirituality for a healthy life. Just as change is the law of nature, everyone should live their life according to the seasons. In Satyayug and Treta Yuga, the life of gods and goddesses was also healthy due to this reason. Low quality food, behavior and behavior of the mind produce poisonous juices in the body and make one sick. To remain completely healthy, we should adopt our daily routine according to nature.
