Mahilpur, March 29- An awareness rally was taken out in the city of Mahilpur under the leadership of the NSS unit and Eco Club officials of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur to make people aware of the importance of water.
On this occasion, the college principal Dr. Parvinder Singh flagged off this awareness rally from Khalsa College and motivated the students to make people aware of water conservation in the society. On this occasion, NSS program officer Dr. Balveer Kaur and Dr. Rajinder Prasad said that such efforts are made to make people aware in the society with the joint efforts of NSS and Eco Club.
Dr. Jagtar Mistry, who was specially present on this occasion, gave a special lecture to the students on the importance of water and told them that the future of humanity can be saved only by conserving water resources. Dr. Jagtar was specially honored by the administrators. On this occasion, the students also planted saplings near the Ali Hasan Football Stadium.
