SAS Nagar, April 12, 2025: People are taking full advantage of the CM Yoga sessions started by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann in various cities of Punjab with the aim of keeping people healthy and mentally stress free by the Punjab Government. Under this series, the yoga sessions running in Navangaon are also getting huge support.

SAS Nagar, April 12, 2025: People are taking full advantage of the CM Yoga sessions started by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann in various cities of Punjab with the aim of keeping people healthy and mentally stress free by the Punjab Government. Under this series, the yoga sessions running in Navangaon are also getting huge support.
Giving information, SDM Kharar Gurmander Singh said that Yoga instructor Divya is organizing 6 yoga sessions every day at various places in Navan village, which is benefiting the people a lot.
He informed that the first class will be conducted by yoga trainer Divya at 1490/15E, Adarsh ??Nagar Navangaon, Mohali from 4.45 am to 5.45 am, the second class will be conducted at Community Centre, Tribune Colony Council, Navangaon from 10.30 am to 11.30 am, the third class will be conducted at Binsar Mahadev Mandir, Gobind Nagar, Navangaon from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm, the fourth class will be conducted at Rose Public School, Adarsh ??Nagar, Navangaon from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm, the fifth class will be conducted at 141/1 Shivalik Vihar, Navangaon from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm and the last/sixth class of the day will be conducted at Shiv Nagar, NADA, Near Forest Hill, Gate Number-2, Navangaon, Mohali from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. He told that at least 25 people participate in each session and expert yoga instructors are available to guide the participants taking part in the yoga sessions. Yoga instructor Divya told that the people coming to her yoga classes include children, youth and elderly. Children are enjoying yoga classes after getting free from their exams. The elderly people coming to yoga classes say that earlier they used to feel lonely sitting at home, now their life has changed a lot due to regular yoga practice.
Along with happiness in life, yoga has also freed them from many chronic diseases. He told that his participants who were suffering from cervical and disc problems have been cured by regular yoga practice. He told that the timing of yoga sessions is morning and evening, so it depends on the participants which session they want to participate in as per their convenience.
