
Timely and transparent services will be ensured: Preeti Yadav
Patiala, March 3- Deputy Commissioner Patiala Dr. Preeti Yadav today reviewed the administrative work of various officers. She directed the officers that no file should remain pending for more than 7 days and every file should be disposed of immediately.

She also directed the officers to submit weekly reports of their work. Dr. Preeti Yadav said that the Punjab Government is ensuring timely and transparent services to the people as per the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, under which timely action is also taken by the concerned departments on the applications received by the people from various departments related to the district administration and the news received in the media including mail.
She directed the officers to ensure immediate action on all applications and files. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner also reviewed the mails sent to them and their administrative work with ADC (J) Isha Singal, ADC (Rural Development) Anupreeta Johal and ADC (Urban Development) Navreet Kaur Sekhon, SDM Nabha Dr. Ismat Vijay Singh for Religious and Economic Branch, Assistant Commissioner (J) Richa Goyal, CMFO Dr. Navjot Sharma and other officers.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the lower staff of the concerned branches should also be made responsible for disposing of their work in a timely and transparent manner and no officer or employee should commit any kind of negligence.
