Zirakpur, March 10: The incident of tampering with the picture of Shri Guru Ravidas Ji in Baltana has created anger, unrest and resentment in the society. This incident not only hurts the society, but it also spoils the law and order situation.
A gathering was organized by Guru Ravidas Sabha Baltana in protest against this incident, in which spokespersons of religious and social organizations condemned the incident and demanded action against the culprits.
President of National Scheduled Castes Alliance, Paramjit Singh Kainth said that such incidents work to divide the society and the administration should take immediate cognizance.
This incident is a big threat to maintaining peace and harmony in the society. The administration should take immediate action in this matter and punish the culprits.
Jaswant Singh Nambardar also said that the society should unite against such incidents and demand from the administration that action should be taken against the culprits.
