Chhattisgarh, March 6- Three people were killed and at least 12 injured in a road accident in Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh. Officials said that two men and a woman died in the incident that took place on Wednesday night. The injured have been admitted to the Primary Health Center, where they are undergoing treatment. They said that the condition of two of the 12 injured is critical, who have been referred to Narayanpur after first aid.
