Hoshiarpur- Today in the meeting hall of sub-division Garhshankar, constituency MLA and Deputy Speaker Jai Krishna Singh Rodi held a meeting with Sarpanchs, Panchs and prominent persons of 21 villages of the constituency and took information about the development works going on in the villages and directed the concerned departments to complete the incomplete works smoothly.
Officials of Panchayat Department, Food, Civil Supply, Water Supply and Sanitation, Tehsil Welfare Department, PWD, Tubewell Corporation, Canal Department, Mandi Board, Mining Department, Education Department, Forest Department were present in the meeting. Giving information about the meeting, Shri Rodi said that today he talked to the representatives of Panchayats of various villages of the constituency and directed the officers of the concerned departments to resolve the collective issues of the villages in a timely manner.
Shri Rodi said that in today's meeting, a review meeting will be held of the works that have been brought to the notice of the Panchayats so that all the works can be completed within the stipulated time. Mr. Baldeep Singh Chairman Market Committee Garhshanker, Charanjit Singh Channi OSD, Manjinder Kaur BDPO, Rakesh Aggarwal Tehsildar Garhshanker and officers of various departments were present in the meeting.
