Hoshiarpur, March 1 - Accepting the request of Hoshiarpur Enclave Welfare Association and Panchayat of village Kakon and with the efforts of District President of Aam Aadmi Party and Chairperson of District Planning Board Mrs. Karamjit Kaur, Hon'ble MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal and Cabinet Minister have released Rs 27 lakh from MP Lead Fund for the construction of Hoshiarpur Enclave main road.
In this regard, orders have been given to the PWD department to start the work as soon as possible so that the residents of the area can get relief from the problems of commuting.
MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal said that he will make every possible effort for the development of Hoshiarpur.
He said, "Improving the infrastructure of the area is our first priority." This road is not only important for transportation but also for better health. Cabinet Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh assured the people that the "Aam Aadmi Party" government will get development work done in every corner of the area. He said that this new road will solve the problems in the transportation system of the area and will create convenience for the residents of the area.
On behalf of the residents of the area, Sarpanch Anita Rani and Senior Advocate Shamsher Singh Bhardwaj expressed their heartfelt gratitude to MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal, Cabinet Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh and District President Karamjit Kaur. They said that with the release of this amount, an old demand of the area has been fulfilled. Senior Advocate Shamsher Singh Bhardwaj also thanked the government and the concerned departments and said, "We will also try to implement other development works of Hoshiarpur soon."
He said that this is a big step to improve the infrastructure of the area. Residents of Hoshiarpur Enclave and village Kakon are also very excited to hear this news. President Jaswinder Singh, Secretary Narinder Singh Saini, Rajneesh Kumar Guliani expressed hope that more development projects will be implemented in the coming time.
