Fatehgarh Sahib- Three day workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Web Designing organized by Directorate of Education Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee Bahadurgarh Patiala at Mata Gujri College concluded successfully in which faculty members of various colleges participated enthusiastically. Secretary Education Engr. Sukhminder Singh and Deputy Director of Nischay Academy Chandigarh Dr. Rajinder Kaur attended the occasion as Chief Guest.
The three day workshop started with a group prayer led by Prof. Amandeep Kaur of Batala College. The morning session was chaired by Prof. Amritpal Singh. In the first session Madam Maya and her team of Trailblazer Wineries Chandigarh explained the difference between website page, ISO, mobile app and linking of website. After this all the participants did practical as per the syllabus.
After the first session, Prof. Monika (Muktsar College) and Prof. Gagandeep Kaur (Longowal College) gave their constructive feedback and appreciated the clarity and practical demonstrations of the instructors. The second session was chaired by Prof. Joga Singh of Mata Gujri College. The second session focused on converting websites into mobile applications. The participants were introduced to various app-building tools and techniques and were provided guidance to convert their web projects into fully functional mobile apps compatible with multiple platforms. At the closing ceremony, Dr. Narinder Singh, Principal, Guru Nanak College, Budhlada welcomed Education Secretary Engr.
Sukhminder Singh Ji. On this occasion, Education Secretary Engr. Sukhwinder Singh Ji congratulated the participants for the successful completion of the workshop modules. He said that this workshop will bring a new awareness towards the use of technology in the institutions running under the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and our teachers and students will be able to be up to date.
On this occasion, Dr. Rajinder Kaur, Deputy Director, Nishchay Academy Chandigarh, while sharing her views, congratulated all the participants and appreciated this innovative initiative of the Directorate of Education. He said that this workshop is serving as an important step towards making the teachers of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee institutions digitally mature.
He encouraged them to continue such initiatives in the coming future so that the institutions running under the management of Directorate of Education can make more progress. Prof. Paramjit Kaur from Anandpur Sahib College while addressing the participants said that all the participants deserve congratulations who attended this workshop and have learnt something unique in their lives.
She congratulated the entire management who organized the workshop and specially congratulated Vice Principal of Mata Gujri College Dr. Bikramjit Singh Sandhu and Controller Examination Dr. Harjeet Singh for organizing the workshop. At the end of the program all the participants who attended the workshop were honored with certificates.
