Hoshiarpur- MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa today officially inaugurated the construction work of Har Har Mahadev Temple in Mohalla Sundar Nagar. On this occasion, he said that the development of religious and social places plays an important role in uniting the society and preserving the cultural identity of the area. He assured that priority will be given to development works according to the religious sentiments and beliefs of the area.
MLA Jimpa said that the Punjab government is continuously accelerating development works while respecting both the basic needs and religious beliefs of the people. He thanked the local people for participating enthusiastically in this noble work.
The MLA said that the government is fully active towards the development of religious and social places in Hoshiarpur and work is being done according to public sentiments. He said that the construction of the temple will facilitate the people of the area in religious activities.
On this occasion, Mayor Surinder Kumar, Councilor Chandravati, Councilor Jatinder Kaur Pinky, Comrade Ganga Prasad, Dr. Raman Ghai and other dignitaries were also present.
