
MLA Kulwant Singh paid obeisance at temples in Mohali on the occasion of Shivratri
SAS Nagar, February 26: Today, MLA Kulwant Singh from SAS Nagar paid obeisance at temples in Mohali assembly constituency on the auspicious occasion of Shivratri and interacted with devotees. MLA Kulwant Singh had set out to seek the blessings of Bholenath since morning to participate in religious programs organized in temples.

MLA Kulwant Singh had set out to seek the blessings of Bholenath since morning to participate in religious programs organized in temples.
He first offered water and milk to the Shivling of Lord Bholenath at temples located in Shri Radha Mata Mandir Phase 6, Durga Mata Mandir Phase 6, Ancient Shiv Mandir Azad Nagar Balongi, Shri Sanatan Dharma Sada Shiv Mandir Sector 57, Shri Hari Mandir Phase 5, Shri Sanatan Dharma Mandir Phase 4, Shri Sanatan Dharma Mandir Phase 7, Shri Laxmi Narayan Mandir Phase 3B2, Mandir Phase 9, Sector 80.
Talking to journalists on this occasion, MLA Kulwant Singh said that today the festival of Mahashivratri is being celebrated with great devotion and pomp all over the world, people started arriving in temples since morning to perform Abhishek on Bholenath and Shivling. He said that whichever route they are taking to participate in the events being held in the temples, langars have been set up by devotees at every turn and intersection on the way, where devotees are serving with great devotion and people are being fed langar.
MLA Kulwant Singh said that one thing became clear from the programs organized on the occasion of Maha-Shivratri today that while all these festivals are a symbol of faith of the devotees, Hindu-Sikh brotherhood can also be seen deepening during the preparations of such festivals. On this occasion senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party - Kuldeep Singh Samana, Councillors - Gurmeet Kaur, Harvinder Singh Saini, former Councillors Rajinder Prasad Sharma, Gurmukh Singh - Sohal, Jaspal Singh - Matour, Rajiv Kumar Vashisht, Dharampreet Singh, Pargat Singh, Baljit Singh - Happy, Arun Goel, Sukhdev Singh, Charanjit Kaur, Harvinder Kaur, Gurcharan Kaur, Harveer Pal Kaur, Natasha were also present.
