Nawanshahr : 10 trainees selected for skill training by the district level team of Punjab Skill Development Mission under Deendyal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojana were sent to Rupnagar for skill training by Additional Deputy Commissioner (c) Rajeev Verma today. On this occasion, the Additional Deputy Commissioner said that the trainees will get free training for the next four months in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Charitable Residential Skill Training Bela Rupnagar in the vocational course of Warehouse Associate. He also informed that after the training, the trainees will be provided employment opportunities in various private institutions. On this occasion, he appealed to every rural youth of the district to take advantage of this scheme. He said that any Podu youth interested in training can contact the district level team at DC Complex, Chandigarh Road, 3rd Floor, Room No. 413. Shammi Thakur, Raj Kumar and Sumit Sharma of the district level team of Punjab Skill Development Mission were also present on this occasion.
