
Lamrin Tech Skills University showcases colourful music and culture of Kazakhstan and India
Nawanshahr/Balachaur- Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab today had a colourful cultural and musical atmosphere with the performances of artists from Kazakhstan and India. Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab and District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar hosted a prestigious cultural troupe from Kazakhstan in this important event celebrating international friendship and cultural exchange.

Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab and District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar hosted a prestigious cultural troupe from Kazakhstan in this important event celebrating international friendship and cultural exchange.
This initiative was born out of the successful participation of Indian artists in the 5th ‘Nomad’ Games held in Astana, Kazakhstan last year. It aims to promote cultural exchange and foster artistic collaboration between India and Kazakhstan. Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura extended a warm welcome to the artists from Kazakhstan.
He said that music brings joy and is a great medium to preserve cultures and civilizations and overcome language barriers. Dr. Kaura further said that this important day has strengthened the cultural ties between Punjab (India) and Kazakhstan. He said that this initiative reflects the dedication of Lamarin Tech Skills University to promote skills and education as well as inter-cultural relations and its global potential.
Terming it a very auspicious occasion for Punjab and the land of martyrs Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Dhiman appreciated the tireless efforts of the Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Punjab, which made this wonderful event possible. He also thanked the University management for their full cooperation.
Highlighting the legacy of immense sacrifices of Punjab, Deputy Commissioner Dhiman stressed that the state has handed over a rich cultural heritage to the coming generations. SDM Balachaur Ravinder Bansal, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Parwinder Kaur, Joint Registrar Satbir Singh Bajwa, artists and students from Kazakhstan and Punjab and senior officials of the University were present on this memorable occasion.
