Chandigarh, January 14, 2025- A group of 13 faculty members from various universities of the United States of America visited the Department of Gandhian and Peace Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh today.
The faculties from both sides initially focused on the possibilities of working together to understand Gandhian philosophy through virtual mode and in this regard they will prepare clippings or short documentaries to be screened during the week-long celebration of Gandhi Jayanti.
The professors from various fields also explored the possibilities of research on various social issues and their peaceful solutions in the current context by understanding the Indian culture through its cultural exchange programme from time to time for urban sustainability in India.
