Mohali- Famous artists of Punjab joined the audience in the 19th Girls Lohri fair organized by Mohali Press Club and brought warmth in the cold. The special thing about this fair was that girls dominated the entire fair. This year, 15 girls who were top in the field of newborn, studies and sports were honored. Each girl was honored by the club by giving Rs 2100, shawl and trophy. Mohali Press Club President Sukhdev Singh Patwari, General Secretary Gurmeet Singh Shahi, the entire governing body and social worker Jagjit Kaur Kahlon honored Yuvraj Kahlon, Baldev Kakdi, Harbhajan Shera-Hamir Kaur duo.

The pair of Harinder Har, Yuvraj Kahlon, Harbhajan created a buzz with songs. Famous artist Jelly made people dance for an hour with his famous songs and after that Gurkripal Surapuri and Jelly entertained the audience by singing songs together. For about an hour, these artists made the huge crowd dance on Bhangra and Gidda. On this occasion, the ritual of Lohri Balan was performed by social worker Jagjit Kaur Kahlon. Governing body member of the club Sushil Garcha was also present at the fair.
