Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, January 10, 2025: Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke has asked Prabhvija Coaching Institute of IELTS and Consultancy firm to stop work immediately.
Giving information, Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke said that Prabhvija.com Coaching Institute of IELTS and Consultancy firm SCO No. 122, 1st Floor, B Block, Ranjit Avenue District, Amritsar had applied to open an office branch in this district at SCF No. 29, 2nd and 3rd Floor, Phase-7, Mohali.
In response to this inquiry, Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar has written through a letter dated 20-11-2024 that a report has been received from Assistant Superintendent of Police, Urban-1, SAS Nagar, according to which Prabhsharan Singh has applied to open a branch of his firm Prabhvija.com in Phase-7, Mohali. In this regard, an application dated 16.09.2024 has been received from Subam Khatkar, son Lachhmi Chand, resident village Batra, District Ambala against the firm Prabhvija.com SCO No. 29, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Phase-7, Mohali regarding fraud of Rs 02 lakh on the pretext of sending abroad, following which it is recommended to register a case against the owner and managers of the firm Prabhvija.com.
Therefore, this office does not recommend opening a branch of firm Prabhvija.com in Phase-7, Mohali. In view of the above facts, on the basis of the report received from Senior Superintendent of Police, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, this office has registered a case against Prabhsharan Singh S/o Ranjit Singh under Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, Rules 2013 for sanctioning opening of branch of firm Prabhvija.com, situated at SCF No. 29, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Phase-7, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and directed that if any work is being done by him as per the said Act, then the same should be stopped immediately.
Further, as per the Act/Rules, if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/directors/partners will be responsible for the same in all respects and will also be liable to make good the same.
