Pensioners Association Nawanshahr Mandal meeting was held.

Nawanshahr- Pensioners Association PSPCL Mandal Nawanshahr monthly meeting was held under the leadership of Mandal President Narendra Kumar Mehta. Starting the proceedings of the meeting, the pensioners present in the meeting wished everyone a Happy New Year and paid tribute to the pensioner colleagues who left forever last year by observing two minutes of silence.

After this, Circle Finance Secretary Kulwinder Atwal, Circle Leader Vijay Kumar, Surjit Charan, Shambhu Narayan Singh Rahon, Shivraj Nawanshahr, Satpal Bhatia Rahon, Juginder Begumpur, Satish Kumar Nair and other speakers said in their address that to resolve the demands of the pensioners, the government is running away from the meetings by giving meetings to the organizations. This no-confidence policy being adopted by the government was strongly condemned and a demand was made to settle the demands soon.
On this occasion, Madanlal Ramraipur, who was playing the role of director, said that the pensioners who make a special contribution in the struggles and activities of the organization. Among them, senior pensioners are felicitated in the monthly meeting of January in the new year so that all pensioners remain motivated in their struggle for their rights.
According to this tradition being followed by the pensioners of Mandal Nawanshahr for the last 12 years, pensioners born in 1950 and 1951 namely Sohan Singh Majoor, Ajit Singh Langroa, Avtar Singh, Juginder Begumpur, Tek Chand Bansan, Baldev Tajowal, Udho Ram Kariha, Shiv Raj Nawanshahr, Gyan Chand Gujjarpur, Karnail Singh Simbli, Manjit Singh Roorkee, Swarn Das Saloh, Lakhvir Singh Nawanshahr were felicitated by giving blankets as a gift. Most of the pensioners were present on this occasion.
