Nawanshahr- Under the able leadership of Shiv Dular Singh Dhillon (Retd. IAS), Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Punjab State Branch, Chandigarh, Red Cross De-Addiction and Rehabilitation Center, Nawanshahr, the martyrdom anniversary of Chhote Sahibzade was celebrated.
On this occasion, Bhai Manjit Singh, Kathavachak Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Nawanshahr, shed light on the life of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji and the entire family, keeping the martyrdom anniversary in mind.
He informed the congregation about this martyrdom with a story. Project Director Chaman Singh, while addressing, said that we should remember these martyrs and take guidance in our lives.
On this occasion, a free medical check-up and medicine camp was organized at the center with the support of Indian Council of Social Welfare, Nawanshahr. Dr. Nivedita Bharat Psychiatrist Bharat Hospital Nawanshahr and Dr. Hardev Singh (M) Red Cross De-Addiction and Rehabilitation Center Nawanshahr checked the patients for fever, sugar RBS., cough, cold, blood pressure etc. and gave free medicines. On this occasion, Praveen Kumar Project Manager, Gurpreet Singh, Satwant Singh, Kumar Bangar Staff Member ICSW Nawanshahr, Bhai Amarjit Singh Khalsa Guru Ramdas Society Nawanshahr, Bhai Jaswinder Singh, Bhai Avtar Singh, Bhai Jaspreet Singh Bedi Member Singh Sabha Nawanshahr, Ratan Kumar Jain, Vasdev Pardesi, Dinesh Kumar Former District Education Officer, Sardar Harvinder Singh Hafizabadi Nawanshahr, Harsh Sahni, Rajan Ladi, Inderjit Singh, Prisoner Sardar Center and staff members were present.
