PGIMER Chandigarh- The department of Transfusion Medicine conducted two blood donation camps on 26th December, 2024 under the guidance of Prof. R.R. Sharma. First at B-70, Indl Area,  Phase 7, Mohali under the leadership of Dr  Shabeel and collected 67 blood units and second at Mata Gujri ji college, Fatehgarh Sahib   under the leadership of Dr. Manpreet and collected 81 blood units.
The department of Transfusion Medicine, PGIMER chandigarh expresses its sincere gratitude to all its volunteer donors who came forward to donate on the occasion. The donated blood and components help in catering the needs of the critically ill patients in the institute.
