Mahilpur- Under the “Sampark” program of the Honorable DGP Punjab and the Mission “Hoshiar” Police-Public Partnership initiative of the Honorable SSP Hoshiarpur, an effective drug awareness seminar was organized by the Police Chowki Ajnoha Police Station Mehtiana by the Chowki Incharge Kulwant Singh at village Thakkarwal Mojomjara. 
The participants were made aware of the dangers of drug addiction and were motivated to report drug traffickers through the anti-drug helpline 9501660318 and the people were made aware about the ill effects of drugs. 
On this occasion, police personnel Resham Singh, Jasvir Singh along with Sarpanch Jaswinder Singh Thakkarwal, Sarpanch Ranjinder Singh Gill Mojomjara, Jathedar Raghbir Singh, Parminder Singh, Balbir Singh, Sukhwinder Singh, Gursharan Singh, Jatinder Singh Kaka, Makhan Din, Bashir Ali, Harnek Singh, Harjit Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Rajwinder Singh, along with a large number of villagers were present.
