SAS Nagar, December 17: DSP City 2 Mr. Harsimran Singh Bal led a meeting with the Defense Committee of villages Gige Majra, Midhe Majra, Nagari, Mote Majra and Gudana at Gige Majra. And suggestions regarding law and order improvement were also taken from the residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Bal said that the police are also from among the people. And the cooperation of the common people is necessary to maintain law and order. He said that if the residents take a decision that they will not allow any wrongdoing in the village and provide information about anti-social elements to the police, then crimes can be controlled to a great extent.
He said that the village Defense Committee can make a big contribution to save our youth from drugs and by engaging the youth in useful work, they can be guided on the right path.
Mr. Bal said that during this, a village tour was also conducted. During which information was taken about the current situation of the convicted persons living in the village and their character. Along with this, people's weapons were also checked. And suggestion boxes have also been installed in the village so that people can put their suggestions in the box.
