Hoshiarpur: On the recommendation of former cabinet minister Sundar Sham Arora for the Hoshiarpur Municipal Corporation by-elections; Punjab Congress has released the list of Congress candidates for the Municipal Corporation by-elections in Ward No. 6, 7 and 27.
According to which, Congress has announced prominent social worker Sunil Dutt Prashar from Ward No. 6, Mrs. Paramjit Kaur from Ward No. 7 and prominent social worker Davinder Kaur Mann from Ward No. 27 as party candidates.
Thanking the party high command, Mr. Arora said that due to the hard work of Congress workers, it will achieve a resounding victory in the Municipal Corporation by-elections. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party government has failed miserably. Arora claimed that since the Aam Aadmi Party government was formed, the government has not given even a single rupee to the Municipal Corporation for the development of the city.
He said that every section of Punjab is suffering from the Punjab government. The government which is running on debt has become a burden for the people. Mr. Arora said that he has given priority to candidates associated with social service in the by-elections. So that they can serve the ward residents with a selfless spirit of service and can contribute to the development of the ward.
