Nawanshahr, November 19: Today, Shaheed Master Gyan Singh Sangha Memorial Committee organized a children's painting competition and beautiful writing competition on the occasion of Sangha ji's 32nd death anniversary in Shahabpur village near Nawanshahr in collaboration with Democratic Teachers Front.
Nawanshahr, November 19: Today, Shaheed Master Gyan Singh Sangha Memorial Committee organized a children's painting competition and beautiful writing competition on the occasion of Sangha ji's 32nd death anniversary in Shahabpur village near Nawanshahr in collaboration with Democratic Teachers Front. 256 children from 29 schools participated in it. The role of judges was played by Bagicha Singh Sahungra, Master Tilak Raj, Master Shangara Singh, Master Shadi Ram and the prizes were distributed to the winning children by Paramjit Singh Badwal, Daljit Singh Advocate and Jasbir Deep. In the first category of art competition, Alka Mahe School of Eminence Nawanshahr came first, Taranjit Kaur DAV School Nawanshahr came second, Gursharan Singh School of Eminence Nawanshahr came third, Nitish Chumber DAV School Nawanshahr came second and Paramjit Banga School of Eminence Nawanshahr came third. In the third category of art competition, Ekam Singh DAV School Nawanshahr stood first, Khushi Basi School of Eminence Nawanshahr second, and Jaspreet Orient School of Eminence Samundra Nawanshahr third.
In the first category of beautiful handwriting competition, Kajal School of Eminence Nawanshahr stood first, Navjot Government High School Shekhupur Bagh second, and Aanchal School of Eminence Nawanshahr third. In the third category of the competition, Priya Kumari School of Eminence Nawanshahr stood first, Priyanka Kumari School of Eminence stood second. And Riya Thakur School of Eminence, Nawanshahr remained at third position. On this occasion Democratic Teachers Front leaders Satnam Singh Mirpuri, Manohar Lal, Shankar Das Banga, Bhupinder Singh Waraich, Kuldeep Singh Jethumajra, Balveer Kumar, Chandra Shekhar Auliapur, Gurdeep Singh Dupalpur, Master Mahinder Singh Janian, Surjit Kaur Uttal, Kiran Dharamkot, Sarabjit Kaur, Narinder Singh Udapar, Surjit Singh Udapar, PSU leader Baljit Singh Dharamkot, Raju Barnala, Kamal Mallupota also performed responsibilities.
